The reputable and thus quality-determining fatty acids are EPA and DHA. Many suppliers advertise with high Omega-3 content. Often, however, only other, less effective fatty acids are added to it to give the customer the impression that it is a high-quality preparation.
When purchasing, make sure that the dosage of EPA and DHA is sufficiently high, with both fatty acids in a certain ratio depending on the application. Conventional drugstore articles usually have a much lower dosage and pay no attention to the ratio.

Recommended intake
Consume 1 to 2 capsules with enough water to a main meal 1 -once a day un-chewed. A positive effect on brain function can already be achieved with 1 capsule per day.
